The menu that we have selected includes the most traditional and emblematic dishes of Segovian cuisine, but also includes more options for those that want to try more avant garde dishes.

The menu consists of choice of first course, choice of second course, choice of dessert or coffee, glass of wine, & mineral water.

Vegetarian options are available.

Among the traditional Segovian dishes you will be able to choose from are Judiones of La Granja accompanied by different meats, as the second course the traditional-style roasted Cochinillo of Segovia, and for dessert artisanal Segovian Ponche cake.

Segovia is one of the most beautiful cities of Spain. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Segovia has a great number of impressive monuments.
A good way to start your visit to Segovia is to make a panoramic route of the city by car. You can exit the city in the direction of Cuellar for the best panoramic views of the city. You also circle the old city making stops with views of the Cathedral and Jewish quarter, and finally, after passing all of the walled area, the aqueduct.

The Tourism office is located next to the aqueduct. This area has paid parking and we recommend leaving your car at the parking of the hotel and walking to this area (10 minutes).

The most interesting walking route through Segovia begins at the aqueduct. From there, go up towards the Plaza Mayor. About halfway you will come across the statue of Juan Bravo, a good point at which to stop and reflect on the history of Spain.

On the left side of the city is the old Jewish quarter. A slight detour before reaching the Plaza Mayor will allow you to enjoy some anecdotes about this neighborhood.

The Plaza Mayor is the center of activity of Segovia and is the perfect place to have a coffee on one of the outdoor terraces. The cathedral is just a few steps away and offers an important pictorial legacy inside.

The route continues toward the Alcázar castle, another symbol of Segovia which also offers an interesting visit. You can make your way back going down through the “barrio de los Caballeros”, in which its houses are witness of the great historical significance of Segovia.

We hope you enjoy your gastronomic getaway in Segovia.
