DAY 1 - Madrid & tapas tour
Your private chauffeur will meet you at the airport and take you straight to your carefully selected 4-star hotel in the heart of the city (upgrades to 5-star accommodation are available upon request if you’re looking for a more exclusive stay). You’ll be staying near of some of Madrid’s most iconic spots like Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, Cibeles, and the green oasis of Retiro Park.
In the evening, dive into the rhythm of the city with a private tapas tour. Your local guide will lead you through central neighborhoods, sharing stories, history, and of course, the flavors that define Madrid. Expect traditional taverns, vibrant plazas, and delicious bites that go far beyond the typical tourist trail. By the end of the night, you’ll be walking and eating like a true Madrileño.
DAY 2 - Madrid. Royal Palace and Michelin dinner
The second day of this tour from Madrid to Portugal is fully dedicated to Madrid. You’ll dive deeper into Madrid’s cultural treasures with a private 4-hour guided tour of 2 of Spain’s most iconic landmarks: the Prado Museum and the Royal Palace. At the Prado, you’ll explore one of the world’s great art collections, home to masterpieces by Velázquez, Goya, and many more. Then, step into the grandeur of the Royal Palace, a stunning example of baroque architecture that offers a glimpse into Spain´s royal past.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Stroll through charming plazas, browse local boutiques, or unwind at a terrace café in the Retiro Park.
In the evening, savor the best of Madrid’s culinary scene. We have booked for you (included in the price) a tasting menu at a Michelin-starred restaurant; an unforgettable dining experience to wrap up your day in style.
DAY 3 - Madrid – Toledo - Madrid
This morning, your private guide will meet you at your hotel to begin a journey through history and storytelling. Your first stop is the captivating city of Toledo, once Spain’s capital and famously known as the “City of Three Cultures” for its unique blend of Christian, Muslim, and Jewish heritage. You’ll enjoy panoramic views of the old city and explore its winding medieval streets. The visit includes two of Toledo’s most iconic landmarks: the impressive Gothic cathedral and one of the city’s historic synagogues.
From there, you’ll head into the heart of La Mancha, the land of Don Quixote. Surrounded by open countryside and whitewashed windmills, you’ll stop for a traditional manchego lunch in a charming local restaurant. The day ends with a visit to a family-run winery, where you’ll learn about local winemaking traditions, and enjoy a tasting in an authentic setting.
DAY 4 - Ribera del Duero and Segovia
The 4th day of this private tour begins with a scenic drive to the renowned Ribera del Duero wine region, famous for producing some of Spain’s finest red wines. You’ll visit a top-quality winery for a private tour and tasting, where you’ll learn about the winemaking process and sample exceptional vintages.You will enjoy a Castilian meal at the winery.
After your wine experience, you’ll continue to the enchanting city of Segovia. DAY 5 - Santiago de Compostela
After checking out from your hotel in Segovia, you’ll board the high-speed train bound for Santiago de Compostela, enjoying a comfortable and scenic journey north.
Upon arrival, your private guide will take you on a captivating tour of Santiago’s historic center, focusing on the magnificent Cathedral and final stop of the famous Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. Explore the rich history and spiritual atmosphere of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
Later, you’ll have some free time to wander through the city center. Santiago is a perfect city to soak up everyday life and discover authentic flavors.
To end the day, a dinner featuring traditional Galician cuisine is reserved for you at one of Santiago’s top local restaurants; an ideal way to savor the region’s culinary heritage.
DAY 6 -Galicia- Braga- Porto
Today your private driver will take you from Santiago de Compostela into Portugal, with scenic stops in the charming coastal towns of Cambados and Combarro, known for their traditional architecture and stunning sea views.
Next, you’ll visit Braga, one of Portugal’s oldest cities, rich in history and culture. Here, a delicious meal is planned to introduce you to authentic Portuguese cuisine—an excellent start to your culinary exploration.
Afterwards, continue your journey to Porto, where you’ll settle in and prepare to discover the city famous for its historic charm and world-renowned port wine.
DAY 7 - Porto
After enjoying breakfast at the fantastic hotel we have selected for the tour, porto awaits you! We have prepared an itinerary for this day tn ensure you enjoy Porto´s famous breathtaking river views, lively atmosphere, delicious food and wine, and unique architecture.
Your private guide will take you on a relaxed stroll through some of the city’s most charming neighborhoods, where you’ll get a feel for the local life and admire the colorful buildings lining the streets.
Next, you’ll visit one of the well-known wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia to learn about and taste the iconic Port wines. No visit to Porto is complete without a river cruise along the Douro! this will offer you a different perspective of the city’s beauty.
DAY 8 – Douro Valley
Your journey through Portugal continues as your driver picks you up to take you into the heart of the Douro Valley—one of the world’s most beautiful and historic wine regions.
Surrounded by terraced vineyards and rolling hills, this area offers incredible views, charming riverside villages, and some of the best wines Portugal has to offer.
You’ll visit a couple of carefully selected quintas (wineries) where you can learn about local winemaking traditions and enjoy a traditional lunch right on the estate.
After a day filled with wine, nature, and culture, you’ll return to Porto to relax and reflect on the day’s highlights.
DAY 9 - Lisbon
After a leisurely breakfast, your driver will pick you up and take you to Lisbon. While both Porto and Lisbon are Portugal’s top cities, today you’ll get to experience the contrast between them: Porto’s laid-back charm versus Lisbon’s lively, cosmopolitan energy.
Once you’ve checked into your hotel in Lisbon, your private guide will meet you for a 2-hour tour of the city’s highlights, exploring its unique mix of historic neighborhoods and diverse architectural styles.

Day 10 - Sintra, Cascais, Estoril & Cabo da Roca day trip
Today you’ll enjoy a full-day private guided tour exploring some of Portugal’s most captivating spots. Begin in Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage town known for its romantic palaces and fairy-tale castles set in lush hills.
Next, visit Cascais, a charming fishing village with a relaxed vibe, beautiful beaches, and a picturesque old town perfect for a stroll.
You’ll also stop in Estoril, famous for its glamorous casino and seaside atmosphere, before heading to Cabo da Roca; the westernmost point of continental Europe. Here, dramatic cliffs and sweeping ocean views offer an unforgettable experience.

Day 11 - Lisbon
The last day of this tour of Portugal from Madri is a free day to enjoy shopping and local gastronomy in Lisbon.
