We did the Group Priorat Tour the last week of October 2025. Ivan was our tour guide and there was just my wife and one lovely woman from Hong Kong. It is definitely a full day tour from Barcelona. The first winery was SANGENÍS I VAQUÉ, a small family winery. The wines were fantastic and Roger was so passionate in explaining the winery and his wines. The second stop was at Clos Figueras. After the tour we had lunch there, which was extra. Definitely get the food pairing with wine. The food was outstanding as were the wines we tasted. The last stop was Celler Devinssi. We were taken up on to the mountain by 4 wheel drive for our tasting among the vineyards. The weather was phenomenal as were the wines. It was a fabulous way to end the tour and the day. Ivan was extremely knowledgeable about Priorat and its wines and made the whole tour a memorable experience. Didn’t know much about Spanish wines before this trip. Purchased bottles from all 3 wineries. If you have an entire day to allocate, I definitely recommend this tour. Was well worth the money spent.

Enlightening Introduction to the Wines and Region of Priorat
We visited Barcelona and, from there, Priorat on a wine tour through Bordeaux, Rioja, and Priorat, which was completely new to us. What a wonderful experience! Ivan, our guide, was knowledgeable and took us to some real hidden gems in the region. And with 28 wineries, there will be more to explore on our next visit
Scenic, Memorable, & Great Hospitality
We booked the Private Wine Tour with Enric and had a wonderful time. Enric picked us up in a comfortable luxury vehicle in Barcelona for a ~2 hour ride to Priorat. We stopped by a bakery near Priorat for a pre-wine tasting treat and pastry to enjoy during our first tasting at Clos De L’obac. This winery and the tasting experience we had was similar to that of Napa Valley – seated in a wine tasting room following a brief tour of the really cool cellar. Then we visited two small family-owned wineries where we had the opportunity to taste with and learn directly from the winemakers, which is not something you get to do regularly in Napa Valley. After the 3 wineries, we had a multi-course lunch at a quaint restaurant/winery. Enric was very kind, knowledgeable about wine, and clearly built up great relationships with the winemakers/owners so we could have positive experiences at the wineries. Would definitely recommend this tour to others.
